Hu•Sporia comes from the word “Diaspora”. The Di was replaced with Hu to equal Human. Humans have traveled all over the world and exchanged cultures & ideas through food & drinks for over centuries.
We wanted to bring a menu concept that will be fusing cuisines from Latin & Asian influences as well as Afro-Caribbean.”
