It’s husband and wife team, Chef Reid Shilling and Sara Quinteros’ love letter to the crispy fried chicken that’s rooted in the cult favorite- and reimagined to be more accessible to all, more fun, and bursting with crunchy personality:)
The concept was cooked up by two dads with serious chops: Shilling and hospitality veteran Sheamus Feeley. But at the helm is powerhouse entrepreneur Quinteros — co-founder of Shilling, James Beard Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership alum, and the 100% woman-owner of Fancy Ranch.
