Melange’s website says:

Brands Inc., parent company of Elevation Burger and seven other restaurant concepts, in partnership with Franchisee, Yousuf Nagaria of Capitol Concessions LLC, announces the opening of a new location in Washington D.C. at the Smithsonian’s National Zoo. The grand opening is scheduled for Friday, July 24, 2020.

Thanks to Ethan for sending Saturday: “Signage from Bobby’s Burger Bar on K street being removed”

Bobby’s Burger Palace opened on K Street in August 2011.

At the moment this location is still listed as temporarily closed on their website. Obviously the sign coming down is never a good sign, updates when/if the closure is announced as permanent.
