“NOW OPEN: Phillips Restaurant Group is excited to announce the opening of Phillips Seafood and Steak. This new restaurant features only the best premium steaks, seared over hot hickory to lock in the natural juices, alongside an expansive menu of seafood items, including Phillips’ famous family-recipe crab cakes, fresh raw bar, seafood appetizers and entrees.

From bronzini to New York strip, Phillips Seafood and Steak has something on the menu for everyone. Diners can start their meal with lobster bisque, roasted beet salad or tuna carpaccio from the chilled bar, or choose from tasty small plates including petite crab cakes, PEI mussels, and fritto misto. Next, settle in with Phillips’ famous crab cakes, savory salmon, pescatore, or a clambake for two. Not in the mood for seafood? No problem. Phillips has a selection of delectable steaks including a 24 oz porterhouse, a 16 oz prime ribeye, or a 24 oz Tomahawk steak.

Join Phillips Seafood and Steak for happy hour every Monday through Friday from 4-7 p.m.

Settle in at the bar for the $4 specials. Enjoy draft or domestic beers, select wines by the glass and select cocktails while snacking on Phillip’s peel and eat shrimp, oysters on the half shell, crab ragoons, and more. Keep an eye out for Sunday brunch, patio seating, and online ordering coming soon!

This dynamic new restaurant design showcases an open kitchen to give guests an action-packed view of the chefs at work. “We are excited to have now returned to Washington D.C. after enjoying many successful years with our previous restaurant along the Southwest Waterfront. 826DC is a local nonprofit that offers free writing programs, homework help, and publishing opportunities for DC students ages 6-18, in our Columbia Heights writing center and in learning spaces across the city.

Paddlestar Galactica helps keep writing education 100% free and accessible for all of our students! It’s also extremely fun.
