This conveniently located condominium is in the heart of Columbia Heights, with charming details and move in ready. The unit features stainless steel appliances (including an in-unit washer/dryer!) with a private balcony facing the courtyard, while the spacious bedroom has plenty of closet space and a nook to be used for an at home office space. With recessed lighting, 9 foot ceilings, and modern fixtures, this property is a great find. The unit is just steps to the Yellow and Green Metro lines, Target, Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Washington Sports Club, and Lidl Grocery Store, while the building features a gated courtyard with mini dog park, and common laundry room. Tenant pays for electricity and renters insurance and the $200 move in fee. Pets case by case. Option for keeping the furniture on request.
