Ed. Note: I actually met this guy once many years ago in Adams Morgan and I always kick myself for not properly interviewing him!! I’d say at the time he was in his late 40s or 50s. Super nice guy. And so prolific, I thought for sure I’d have run into him again on one of my walkabouts. Anyhow, anyone know who he is?

Well I’ve been putting this off because I’ve been hoping for a miracle. In January we posted that “Lou’s City Bar has been closed for a few weeks for a “winter refresh” in Columbia Heights.
