“Often the hawks and some of the larger black birds battle each other over tall spaces to sit (the top of the Iowa or a tall isolated tree on the Pepco property). Yesterday, one of the hawks got one of the black birds.”

“Pusha-T is stepping away from the studio for a bit to try his hand in the food industry.

The DAYTONA rapper announced Monday that he’s teaming up with D.C. nightclub owners Wayne Johnson and Tony Perry to open up a ramen and craft cocktail bar called Kitsuen in the nation’s capital. After several setbacks, the high-end spot is set to open on New Year’s Eve in Washington’s burgeoning H Street Corridor.”

I purchased a 3-bedroom townhouse Affordable Dwelling Unit (ADU) in NE DC as a single person in 2011. After 7 years of ownership, I made the decision to sell my townhouse and purchase a market rate home. Per the restrictive covenants attached to my ADU property, I contacted DC’s Dept. of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) to request the maximum sales price be determined.
