Back in November we posted a bit from a reader about Flair in “the old Grady’s and saw a bunch of construction going on. I opened the door and spoke with the owner. He said the new restaurant is going to be American cuisine and the name is “Flair.”

Police ended up closing off a bunch of streets, but I haven’t seen any details yet. Was right in front of my apartment building”
