“was on a run by the old Grady’s and saw a bunch of construction going on. I opened the door and spoke with the owner. He said the new restaurant is going to be American cuisine and the name is “Flair.”
Hopefully he’s never watched “Office Space.”
A fire gutted Grady’s back in 2019.
