According to employees at the store, the Harris Teeter at Jenkins Row will be closing. Anyone who has been in the last few weeks has noticed the barren shelves that hasn’t been restocked. The 45,000 sq ft store opened in 2008.” (more…)

“OFF-DUTY OFFICER’S SUV STOLEN DURING HOP-IN, SERVICE GUN INSIDE/ MANHUNT— Thief jumped in while the silver 2018 Equinox sat in Capitol Hill area. He rammed police car at 500 Fl Ave NW. He drove to 1300 V St NW where he abandoned the SUV on foot. GUN IS MISSING.”

Artbae is a collective of DC-area artists who build awareness for activism and social change through arts-centered programming initiatives. BlkArthouse is a DC-based organization that represents emerging Black artists and is dedicated to increasing access and representation throughout the art world.
