“Dear PoPville,

I was walking back to my office with my lunch on 14th st (between Rhode Island and N) when a cylist on the sidewalk tried to snatch the pad thai out of my hands. Friendly reminder that nothing is off limits when it comes to theft in DC.”

Ed. Note: Fortunately the thief failed and OP tells me the pad thai was delicious!

Pretty much sums up life in our nation’s capital these days. Thanks to Rokas for sending the snapshot. 14th and P Street, NW. November 16, 2017.

Anyone ever get a delivery from one of these robots? If so, how’d it go?

Thanks to Mary for letting us know on Thursday. I stopped by for photos on Saturday and was told it was a plumbing situation. Mary updates us on Monday: “Still closed! Zengo in the same building is closed as well. May be a building issue.”

Normally these “Temporarily Closed” situations are forced closures by DOH but there were no red forced closure notices so this seems like a legit plumbing problem. Updates when we learn more. Please remain calm.
