A quick dispatch from Logan Circle, where the long-awaited park renovation has entered a delicate new phase. As you know, the new sod went down after months of construction and enough snow fencing to contain a small music festival — then got a ribbon cutting that left roughly 90% of the park fenced off. And it’s already browning in neat rectangles, each roll outlined like a grid on a spreadsheet nobody wants to open. (more…)
