“On Tuesday, December 1, 2020, at approximately 8:10 pm the Metropolitan Police Department ShotSpotter recorded sounds of gunshots in the 3700 block of 9th St NW. Units responded and located shell casings in the area. A dark color SUV was observed leaving the area. Anyone with information or video is asked to contact MPD at 202-727-9099 or text 50411.”

“On Saturday, November 7, 2020 at approximately 1pm, in the 3300 block of Georgia Ave, NW, a black male in his 40s, on a red bicycle shot at and struck an adult male. The victim was treated at a local area hospital for non-life threatening injuries. The suspect fled on his bike in an unknown direction.
This case is under investigation by the Fourth District Detectives Office. Any information please contact 202-727-9099.”

“The Third District is currently investigating a shooting in the area of 2nd and Bryant Streets NW. Officers patrolling the area heard the sounds of gunshots and located a vehicle that had been shot up at 2nd/Bryant Streets NW. Al reported: “Around 7:18pm 4 shots were fired near the gas station on the 300 block of Rhode Island Ave NW in DC. One man, reported to be shot in the leg, was transported via ambulance. Police are looking for a black sedan.”

“The Third District is currently investigating a shooting in the 300 block of Rhode Island Avenue NW. An adult male has been transported to an area hospital with a non life threading gunshot to the foot.

“The Third District is currently investigating a shooting in the 500 block of Floridia Ave NW. An adult male has been transported to the hospital with non-life threatening gunshot wounds to the leg and hip area. Motorists and pedestrians can expect road closures in the area as we investigate. Anyone with information is asked to call 202-727-9099 or text a tip to 50411.”
