“We will be opening our doors at 5pm until 12am on Sunday 11/26 and Monday 11/27. We will be closed Tuesday 11/28.
GRAND OPENING is scheduled for Wednesday 11/29.”

I took a sneak peek of the new Jackie Lee’s at 116 Kennedy Street, NW and it’s time to get excited. Given the space and the people involved I feel like this has the potential become the Red Derby/Wonderland for the neighborhood. This is a very good thing. “Around 5:30 PM today, [Thursday] MPD responded to the report for the sounds of gunshots in the 4800 block of Fort Totten Drive, NE. Officers found an adult male subject suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital and is expected to survive his non-life threatening injury.
