ICYMI: On January 22nd we broke the news that Michele’s had been “Seized” and Padlocked at the Eaton Hotel.
And on January 26th that “Gravitas seized too”.
There was a time Baker’s Daughter had locations in Ivy City, Georgetown and Chinatown.

Pret a Manger opened the 18th and M St, NW location back in February 2016. Prior to Pret the space was home to a Caribou coffee.

Peet’s Coffee opened up here back in 2014. Prior to Peet’s this space was home to a Caribou Coffee.
Back in 2015 and 2016, ducks, for some reason, used to like to hang out here.

Kevin reports on road conditions and traffic conditions: “in downtown DC are actually quite bad for commuting by car. As an illustration, Mass Ave south of Sheridan Circle has only two narrow lanes carved out in either direction and at times there is still packed snow or ice on the entire surface.
