Casa Luca è morta, Viva la Sfoglina (Thursday)

1099 New York Avenue, NW

Chef Fabio Trabocchi opened Casa Luca in the former Againn space back in July 2013. Sfoglina opened in Van Ness at 4465 Connecticut Ave, NW back in December 2016. They were awarded a Bib Gourmands from Michelin in 2017.

From Casa Luca’s Facebook page August 5th:

“Thank you to everyone who visited us yesterday during our last day of service as Casa Luca. These past few years in the community have been an honor and we have always thought of our guests as family, which is why we are so lucky to have served you and hosted so many special occasions in our restaurant. We will be closed for minor renovations over the next few days, but we are excited to open the doors to our newest location of Sfoglina Pasta House on August 9th.

To stay up to date with these exciting changes, please be sure to follow @sfoglinadc on social media. We look forward to seeing you when our doors re-open as Sfoglina Downtown! Viva la pasta!”

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
