“EastBanc, Inc., developer of the vibrant mixed-use community 700 Penn, along with partners Stanton Development and Jamestown, today announced that customizable burger concept Eat Brgz will launch its first-to-market, fast-casual restaurant space in 700 Penn. The eatery will occupy approximately 1,600 square feet on the C Street SE Plaza and is slated to open this July.
The new concept – the first of its kind – reimagines the classic American hamburger. Eat Brgz combines thoughtfully-sourced ingredients, widespread flavors and unlimited creativity to introduce a burger experience where ingredients are mixed into the patty and cooked together; creating a carefully crafted culinary experience that is both entirely new and familiar. Featured items include a Greek style burger which is filled with feta cheese, kalamata olives, cucumber, sundried tomatoes, and a housemade Greek seasoning blend. (more…)
