PoPville is not affiliated with either party, please proceed with any potential connection at your own risk using caution as you would any online encounter. For those curious about past missed connections, some have been made and when possible I’ll try to update when/if more are made. The Eastern Market Farmer MC was made!

“Dear PoPville,

Saturday night we both found ourselves on an (almost) empty metro car riding from the airport home. You were in a green flannel, I, an orange dress. (more…)

“Dear PoPville,

With the weather hopefully about to cool down, I was wondering if you could put out a call for all the best restaurants in DC that do soup really well. If there’s any places that soup is the main fare would even be better.”

Hopefully Fainting Goat returns with their masterpiece, “NO SOUP FOR YOU” soon. Personally I love the French Onion soup at Chez Billy Sud. Where are your favorite soups at?

“Dear PoPville,

I am wondering if people have recommendations for companies that do residential outdoor seasonal decorations. My parents live in the area and are no longer spry enough to manage decorating the outside of their row home for the holidays. I think there are a lot of companies that handle the Christmas/winter holiday decorations but it would be great to find a company that also could manage Halloween decorations.”

Thanks to A. for sending: “More scooter content because that seems to be all the rage these days. Bird fining users “as required by DC”
