Never made it to any of these last year – curious to know if it’s a fun experience — and if it’s easy to enjoy the movie from one’s car. Makes me miss my real drive-in (one of the last still standing) in Ohio.

    • It’s a great time, I highly recommend it.
The screen is smaller than real drive ins (I also miss the real ones from my childhood!) but it’s really not bad. Get there a bit early to get a good spot. They broadcast the sound over radio so that’s no problem at all.
You can also go and sit on the grass and picnic, if you don’t have a car.
Does anyone know which version of Casino Royale they’re showing?

      • Do they have speakers in the grassy area? Or is the radio the only way to hear the movie?

        • They have speakers. The speakers aren’t that great from the cars, but I bet they are placed up by the people sitting on the grass so they are probably better there.

  • So if you don’t have a car you can’t go? Thanks, Union Market! Encourage more driving in the city and exclude a big chunk of the city from your event.
