I’m not sure if others in the neighborhood received the same letter. But the envelope was stamped and mailed.

Spotted this note laying on the sidewalk on S Street near the dog park in Dupont. When I picked it up I realized this isn’t the note from yesterday, but a new one that picks up where the first one left off. Unfortunately the recipient must have ripped the top corner when they removed it.”
