Johnny’s opened up in the former Bad Saint space back in 2023. Updates when we learn what becomes of the space.

Bar Pilar opened here back in March 2005 (“came to be in 2004”) and sold to new owners in 2019.

Thanks to all who messaged us the sad news about Bar Pilar closing. Last Friday we broke the news that trouble was brewing at Bar Pilar when a non payment of rent legal notice was posted to their front door. Unfortunately last night Bar Pilar confirmed the writing on the wall: (more…)

Ed. Note: Commissary closed on P Street back in July 2024, “Miami Vibes” still coming and Logan Tavern closed on P Street in October 2025. And of course PLANTA Cocina P Street closed in early September 2025.

Bluemercury opened here in the former Pacers store back in 2015.
