“Dear PoPville,
Spotted a drone flying over Petworth. The video is zoomed in, but wondering if there have been other sighting. I know MPD has a drone program. Could it be from that?”

Update from the Library of Congress Communications Officer:
“We messed up. We replaced the tree topper yesterday and we hope people can join us for the official tree lighting later this afternoon at 4pm.”

Obviously, the execution left something to be desired. The topper has been replaced with a festive floral arrangement. We hope DMV residents can visit the Library and celebrate the holiday season with us this year and enjoy it!”
