Joel reported around 7:40pm Thursday night “Two cars. Both drivers waking and apparently fine. At least one car totaled. Thankfully, no one appears to have been hurt — including no pedestrians standing on the sidewalk nearby when the Range Rover was slammed across the sidewalk and into that yard.” (more…)

Tom sends above from 16th and Newton St, NW: “The driver tried to turn their car on and leave but it wasn’t moving at all. The fire and police came as the person saw them he fled the scene. The person driving the car came back in another car when the fire department left and grabbed some items and left as the cops were coming onto the scene.”
