Wiedefeld today accepted a recommendation of the transit authority’s Pandemic Task Force that face coverings or masks be required when traveling on Metro effective Monday, May 18. “Dear PoPville,

A developer purchased and intends to tear down a church next to our small condo building. He intends to build a small condo building. What kinds of things should we do to protect ourselves during the demolition and construction? What are things to watch out for? We’ve read the horror stories about issues with the foundation or work stalling halfway through a project and want to do as much as we can to be pro-active about mitigating any potential impact to our building with all the work going on next door.”
