“GEORGETOWN MANHUNT— 3200 blk Water St NW-DC (3200 blk K St NW, et al). A wanted man has fled from the police. He is on foot, possibly armed and hiding in the neighborhood. He is wanted for armed robbery among other charges.”

National Weather Service reported: “Dense Fog Advisories are currently in effect for most areas east of the Blue Ridge until 10 AM. Fog/low clouds should clear out later this morning, giving way to mostly sunny skies for the afternoon hours.”

Thanks to a reader for sending: “ran by the Brooks Brothers store on Connecticut in Dupont, and appears that a number of “Retail space available” signs went up over the weekend. Website confirms the location is now closed permanently. Between this and the Georgetown location closure, may be the death knell for Brooks Brothers in DC.” (more…)
