Been getting lots of messages from folks spotting Rustin filming around town: “Do you know what’s filming in adams morgan? Lots of trucks and trailers (some with Netflix markings) around the Line hotel. All cars in the area were towed yesterday. Someone said it’s an Obama film?”

A couple weeks ago we learned that a new Netflix series called Rustin would be filming this month:

“Rustin is an upcoming American drama film directed by George C. Wolfe from a screenplay by Dustin Lance Black and Wolfe. The story revolves around gay, civil rights activist Bayard Rustin, who organized the 1963 March on Washington. (more…)
