Back in May we were excited to share that Chinatown Regal Cinema was still open! Back in January it was reported they’d be permanently closing. Now,
I hear that the Gallery Place/Chinatown movie theater worked out a new lease with the soon to be new Regal Cinema theater entity called NewCo (formerly know as Cineworld) and will remain open!! I’m told Ballston and Rockville locations will also remain open but Bowie will permanently close.
