“Dear PoPville,

DPW and its subcontractors have declared a no parking zone from 7 am-7 pm Mon – Sat May 11 to May 31, apparently for lead abatement . This is the busiest block in Sheridan- Kalorama both for parking and traffic b/c it is a cut through from CT to Mass and vice-versa. Yet, here it is, May 19, and not a single worker has showed up.
