“Last night just after midnight (1207 AM) First District Units responded to a 911 call for a shooting at 45 P Street SW. The units arrived quickly and found the victim on the stoop of 45 P Street SW suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was conscious and breathing on the scene, but took a turn for the worst at the hospital and was pronounced dead.
