I wanna invite everybody to a fundraiser for a local non-profit named TASSC (Torture Abolition and Survivors Support Coalition) down at the Aslin Beer Garden this Sunday, July 8th!
I’ll be there from 12-5pm chatting with folks about TASSC and the awesome and resilient refugees, asylum seekers, and their families that we serve.
They are located just east of Petworth and are celebrating their 20th anniversary this year. Please come down and hang out with us before, during, or after the baseball game that day anytime between 12-5!
There will be great beer from Aslin, plus a chance to buy raffle tickets to win prizes every half hour! Such prizes include Nationals Ticket vouchers for an upcoming game of your choice, Newseum tickets, and gift certificates and items from Nandos, CAVA, Compass Coffee, Free State, Poké Papa, the Salt Line, TaKorean, Pleasant Pops, and Red Derby among others!
