2100 P Street, NW previously home to Vintage 78 and Scion and Duck Duck Goose
Last week we shared the update that ONGGI Korean Cuisine was gonna be opening this summer. Looks like their even more optimistic than that:
The liquor license placard now posted says:
“A Restaurant Serving Korean Food with 70 seats inside and a Total Occupancy Load of 110. Sidewalk Café Endorsement with 20 seats and a capacity of 30. Alcohol Carry-out and Delivery Endorsement.”
In October we shared the news about the Korean concept coming.
Stay tuned for an exact opening date, hopefully, this Spring!

This incident took place on Monday 11/11 on the 1700 block of Mass Ave, involving a man on a bike in a blue suit on a Capital Bikeshare bike, and an African American utility worker marking the sidewalk.
The man in the suit was seen getting off his bike and verbally assaulting the utility worker. (more…)

In my day this space was previously home to a Drybar, a Custom Fuel Pizza and a Potbelly.
This post office will replace the recently closed, nearby, Temple Heights location. What a ride.
