“Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Second District seek the public’s assistance in identifying two suspects in reference to a Robbery (Snatch) offense that occurred on Thursday, May 30, 2019, in the 1700 block of Connecticut Avenue, Northwest.
At approximately 1:00 pm, two suspects on a scooter approached the victim at the listed location. As the suspects rode by, they snatched the victim’s property then fled the scene.
The suspects were captured by a surveillance camera and can be seen in this video (above.)

My friend and I sat on the steps of the Dupont Circle fountain this past Monday at 6:30 PM. Turns out, both or our shorts were bleached on the seat. See attached photo of my shorts.
