Today’s Rental was chosen for those interested in a roommates option

This room is located in north Dupont/adams Morgan/kalorama. The Craigslist ad says:

“$1500 1b/1b available in 3b/2b apartment (Dupont)

1 bed + 1 bath in 3b/2b available in north Dupont/adams Morgan/kalorama up the street from the Washington Hilton. Roommates are two female 20 somethings.

We are on Columbia RD NW and just a short walk to Adams Morgan, Dupont, bars, gyms and a 10 min walk to the Dupont Metro. Everything you need is a short walk away. There’s also a bus stop running right in front of our house.

About the apartment

-apartment in safe, fob-required building

The available room fits a queen bed, dresser, nightstand and bookshelf or desk. Decent sized closet and remodeled bathroom.

A little about us:
Roommate 1: 26. Works for a consulting firm down the street, loves a good happy hour, weekend brunch, binging HBO shows a decade after they air, Trader Joe’s and Bernese mountain dogs.
Roommate 2: 24. Works from home/coffee shops for a progressive nonprofit, loves museums, anything by Michael Schur, and nights that lead to food comas.

What we’re looking for someone who is:
-someone in their 20’s
-stays busy, is considerate, very clean and outgoing.
-on a 9-5ish schedule (gone during the day; sleeps at night).

Guests are cool but no live-in significant others; not looking for an honorary 4th roommate situation.

Move-in is July 1. Utilities are generally around $40 and include wifi, electricity, and gas. Parking available on the street, and we also have storage in the basement.
