“We have just listed an exciting new condo project in Edgewood/Brookland that was designed from the ground up to the Passive House standard which is the highest level of energy efficiency and occupant comfort. The Baptisia was built by local DC developer True Turtle and, if we are successful once tested by third party certifiers, it would be the first market rate Passive House in DC.
