“Lidl US, one of the nation’s top-ranked grocers, will open its newest store in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, June 28 in Columbia Heights. The store, located at 3100 14th St. NW, will be Lidl’s second in the District after its successful opening in 2022 at Skyland Town Center. The store will hold a soft opening at 8:00 a.m. Local leaders, including Deputy Mayor Keith Anderson, will welcome Lidl to the community at an official ribbon cutting ceremony at 10:00 a.m. The grand opening day celebration will feature get-them-while-you-can special offers for customers.
