There’s been a “vacant property” tag on the door for a while and it doesn’t look like there’s been any progress on the inside. One reader writes: “Looks like Harris Teeter in Adams Morgan is charging a new fee for large cash back transactions.”
and another writes about the NoMa location:
“My roommate, a French national studying at Georgetown Law, was refused the right to buy alcohol at Harris Teeter with her passport. They said they no longer accept international forms of identification, essentially preventing international students, tourists and often non-citizens from purchasing alcohol.“
