Streets Market in Adams Morgan still “Shooting to open in late December.”

1864 Columbia Road, NW

“Dear PoPville,

I was wondering if you’ve heard any updates about the Streets Market that is still “coming soon” to the old Metro K space in Adams Morgan on Columbia Road. There’s been a “vacant property” tag on the door for a while and it doesn’t look like there’s been any progress on the inside. Do you know if Streets is still planning on opening a market there and, if they are, what the new timeframe is?”

In May I reported that “If all goes well they should open in the fourth quarter of 2019.”

I’m happy to share that they remain “Super excited about Adams Morgan opening [and are] still shooting for late December opening, give a take a couple of weeks. Our construction permit should be issued soon and will start construction shortly thereafter.”

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
