Any intel on what happened with the Duncan Dog Hotel in NoMa? Google Maps & Yelp both show it as “permanently closed” but I haven’t seen any info posted anywhere about the why or when.”

Update from Chang Chang owner Lydia Chang: “I have personally contacted both Tock and the guest to expedite the return of the deposit, as well as offered the guest a gift card to make up for their frustrating experience.”
“Dear PoPville,
I made a reservation at Chang Chang for six through Tock, which charged me $25/person plus a $5.00 fee. The email confirmation said my deposit would be refunded upon arrival at the restaurant. That didn’t happen, even though my entire party showed up on time and ordered a feast of quite tasty food and drinks.

“Dear PoPville,
Since MetroHero shutdown back in July, I was wondering what the people say is the next best Metro app.

“Dear PoPville,
Where can you get a haircut in this city for under $100? I have medium-length hair, and want a small hair trim to clean up dead ends, but all places cost $95+!! Any recommendations for almost any area?”
