The situation: I got a parking ticket in April in Foggy Bottom for legally parking and paying with Parkmobile (there was almost a half hour left on my reservation). In fact, the parking officer ticketed EVERY car on BOTH sides of the street. No construction, no street sweeping, all parked within the posted hours. The owner of this vehicle on the 1700 block of P St NW says she arrive to find it like this this morning – that someone rammed into it driving it backward up onto the sidewalk and into this tree. Then whoever it was took off. Ugh. She is hoping someone in the area saw something or has surveillance video.” (more…)

Just had an eye exam with Dr. Adel Ibrahim at the My Eye Dr. in Dupont and he did slight of hand magic tricks during the appointment (like made my new contacts disappear as he was handing them to me) – it was so delightful! Definitely recommend for anyone but especially if you have kids who need to be entertained during the appt. 10/10 would recommend.”
