The owner of this vehicle on the 1700 block of P St NW says she arrive to find it like this this morning – that someone rammed into it driving it backward up onto the sidewalk and into this tree. Then whoever it was took off. Ugh. She is hoping someone in the area saw something or has surveillance video.”
