UPDATE: Cafe Saint-EX says it’s only renovating first floor. Despite auction notice

UPDATE: From Saint EX IG DM: “We are not closed, and we have stated clearly on our social media that we are going through renovation on the first floor.” The wording on the original auction listing “was an error on their part, not ours.”

Demo has begun upstairs in the Terminal. While under construction, we will keep Gate 77 open, and ask you to enter from the SIDE door to the left of the patio as you join us in the coming weeks!

“Pitango Gelato, the authentic Italian gelateria and coffee shop with locations throughout the Washington, DC, region and Baltimore, is thrilled to officially announce the opening of a highly anticipated new shop along DC’s 14th Street corridor. The store, opening on February 27th at 1802 14th Street, NW, is Pitango’s eighth location. The new gelateria and coffee shop will serve freshly brewed coffee, Italian baked goods, and artisanal, hand-spun gelato made with high-quality, carefully curated ingredients. The 1,027-square-foot space, designed by EastWing Architects, will also offer indoor seating for up to 10 guests.
