Today, we’re launching the Aji Verde Chicken Taco
Developed in collaboration with Chef Pepe Moncayo, it features braised chicken, achiote carrots, pickled cucumber & lime, and a bright, herb-packed aji verde sauce.
The chicken may be new, but the approach isn’t. Vegetables remain at the center of the experience, just as they always have.
Think of this as the beginning of something. We’re staying true to who we are while making room for more people at the table.
