“D.C. restaurant group, The Tryst Trading Company now exclusively brews Open Seas Coffee – a Maryland based roasting company crafting interconnected, intentional and quality driven coffee.
“We were looking for a partner, not just a vendor. Open Seas’ direct relationship with individual
coffee growers gives us control over the entire process, from bean to cup,” said Constantine Stavropoulos, owner and CEO of The Tryst Trading Company.
The Tryst Trading Company perfected their “Tryst Blend” from scratch at Open Seas’ Maryland roastery, guided by their deeply personal connection with the D.C. community and coffee producers from high quality regions around the world.
