“Dear PoPville,

Last fall, I was at The Wydown on H Street NE, and my bike lock broke. I propped up the lock, but when another rider locked up their bike next to me, the ruse was exposed and the pieces fell apart on the street. The rider came into Wydown, apologized (he didn’t need to!), and mentioned that he could run home and grab a spare bike lock for me. He VERY kindly did so. (more…)

Hill Family Biking, a group of friends and neighbors that put on monthly family-friendly group bike rides on Capitol Hill started about a year ago and have had thousands of area residents join on rides.

To celebrate, we’re hosting an anniversary ride & block party on April 27th at 4pm and we’d love your help spreading the work about this big event that I’m coining “Open Streets Jr”
