From a press release:

“H Street’s Swiss escape, Stable, is celebrating its 4th anniversary on April 4th, which also falls on Easter Sunday this year, with four special carry out packages available beginning April 1. Over the past three years, owners Silvan Kraemer and David Fritsche have marked the occasion with a reception-style party at their H street home, but like much of their operation over the past several months, they have customized the celebration to be enjoyed at home. The anniversary offerings will not only feature favorites from the menu, but also special touches including sparking wine for toasting, fresh flowers, Stable merchandise, and even gift cards.

Loyal guests of Stable can toast to 4 years with The Stable Fan Package ($150), which includes two Immune Booster cocktails made with Rebel Yell Bourbon, rose hip, and lemon;  Stable’s homemade limoncello; and a bottle of Angelo Deleo, a Swiss sparkling wine in merlot, pinot noir, or chardonnay varietals. The package is taken over the top with guests’ choice of a hoodie or crew neck Stable sweatshirt, a $50 gift card to the restaurant, and an 8-piece Swiss truffle box from Läderach, a Swiss chocolatier that recently landed in DC with its Union Station location.

On the anniversary itself, Stable is offering a brunch package in honor of its birthday. We’re about a month out from summer. That means you’ve still got time for spring cleaning!

Lexi Grant, an operations manager at Well-Paid Maids, shared her go-to spring cleaning tips with WTOP News. Step one? Declutter. Get rid of items you don’t use, find space for items that need a home and organize those areas.

Then, it’s time to dust. Lexi starts with high-touch surface areas (think: refrigerator, dishwasher, counters, microwave). One area she sees often neglected is the bedroom — and it makes sense. Heavy furniture is difficult to move around, but it’s important to really get in there so dust doesn’t affect your sleep.
