Small, but a very good price for Foggy Bottom!
I suspect that you could own a unit in the building for less but for someone with $$ who needs the convenience of the location, this will def rent for that much. Whoever is thinking of renting it should consult apartmentratings.com (even though it’s a condo building, they must have so many renters that it’s listed there) which says that the building has a roach problem (among other things).

This 1 br 1 BA in the same building just sold for $290. With 20% down, you would have a mortgage payment of $1200+the HOA fee so like $1950. I would say better to buy, but I would say it is still a good deal. It will go for that with no problem.
