“On Monday, October 12th between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM, Arm in Arm DC organizers will host an action to protest both the current Union Station redesign plan and the continued recognition of Christopher Columbus through the name Columbus Circle and the Columbus statue outside of the station. We will also be conducting a voter registration drive during the protest.”

“Metropolitan Police Department, US Capitol Police, and Amtrak Police officers and detectives are investigating a shooting that occurred at Union Station. The victim has been transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries and a suspect has been stopped. There are closures in the bus deck area and bus travelers may be delayed.”

As their parent company announced bankruptcy and store closing plan the other day, they gave me a call to tell me my order has been moved to another store, and they are shortly closing their Union Station location. Sad to see the large number of store closures within Union Station.”
