This establishment is part of a local chain celebrated for its award-winning selection of smoked meats, which includes brisket, ribs, pork belly, and their renowned wings. The new whiskey bar will feature a curated selection of bourbons, whiskeys, and ryes, carefully chosen to complement the flavors of their smoked meats.

SalviMex, in the former Mi Cuba Cafe spot on 1424 Park Rd NW, is now open. I went there with my family. The food is high-quality authentic Salvadorean at a very reasonable price. I had sopa de mondonga, came in a giant serving with excellent ingredients.” (more…)
