Elegancia draws inspiration from Latin America’s landscapes, traditions, and communal spirit. Vapiano closed here back in 2021. RIP Vapiano forever but hopefully this a worthy replacement…

“Signage is up for a new juicery called “La Jugueria” – exciting addition to 11th St in a long vacant property!”

Back in June 2025 we learned that:

“Medical Cannabis Retailer, DC Garden Hill, coming to the long vacant space on 11th Street in Columbia Heights but a juice shop will be on the first floor and the medical cannabis retailer will be located upstairs.”

Scuttlebutt confirmed!
