A reader sends from Park View in “the lobby of my condo building”.

Apparently there have been a number of cars vandalized in Mt. Pleasant. What do you think the role of residents should be in helping to solve this problem?
In more positive Mt. Pleasant news, the retaining walls that have been getting fixed for months on Adams Mill Road have finally been fixed. They look great!

Thanks to a reader for telling me about this sign located on a house around the 3900 block of 14th Street, NW. I have to admit, even though I took this photo from the sidewalk, I was pretty terrified that the door was going to open at any moment. Thankfully I had fully stretched and was prepared to run like the wind…

I noticed a number of these signs all over Adams Morgan. It struck me right away for two reasons. First, I thought it was really unusual to see drawings instead of photos. But second, which may explain the drawings, the murder took place in 1968. It seems pretty random to see signs like this for such an old murder case. But it’s legit because it’s listed on the DC MPD’s Web site. Anyone ever see a sign like this before?

Very true words although I wonder if anyone has ever been prosecuted for such an act. Believe me I wish they were…

I guess children’s laughter can get pretty irritating but that’s some pretty weak revenge…

A friend of mine pointed out this hilarious lost sign. For an Igloo Lunch Box…not a lost cat or dog. A lunch box. And there is a reward! The only reasonable explanation for posting a lost sign for an Igloo is that there must’ve been a heart or liver in there. I hope they find it.

Yeah, just knock on the window. I could see myself chilling in the living room when someone knocks on the window and I’d probably hit the floor…every time.
